Ireland Online "The European Parliament has rejected a controversial agreement
that would have seen the personal details of European airline passengers
being shared with the United States," reports Ireland Online. "Instead
of approving the deal," members of the European Parliament "voted
by 276 to 260 to refer the matter to the European Court of Justice to
see if it contravened EU privacy rules." |
