04/21/2004 - 14:04:00 GMT At least 10 people were killed and dozens wounded Wednesday when a car bomb destroyed a Saudi security service building in the capital. Facades were torn off buildings near the explosions, revealing rooms still ablaze. Cars were smashed by debris. Clouds of dust and black smoke rose from the building and settled over the neighborhood. |
