Hungarian Police Thwart Bomb Plot

"Police arrested the spiritual leader of a small Islamic community in Budapest
[on Monday] and suggested he was planning to bomb the city's Jewish museum,"
reports the Associated Press. "Two Syrians also were detained on related
charges. The arrest came during the visit of Israeli President Moshe Katsav
and Israeli officials and diplomats had said earlier that all three were involved
in a plot to assassinate Katsav."
